We produce intricate parts used in aircraft, automotive, and commercial applications using modern Mazak Super Turbo Mark II - X48 laser cutting machines. Operating at 2500 W, our laser cutting machines produce neat holes, smooth edges/corners, radii, or any other complex external part feature. In addition, the debris at the end of every operation is disposed carefully to allow high quality finishes. This eliminates the need for secondary deburring operations. All kinds of cutting, boring, and engraving operations can be efficiently performed at high speeds on our laser cutters. Steel, stainless steel, and aluminum material of thickness up to 3/4” can be laser cut.
